Hands-On Cutting Session: What to Expect
This isn’t a formal class. It’s a hands-on, open-floor experience designed specifically for the leader behind the chair — built around what you want to learn, practice, or explore.
Right after Day 2 (Sunday) sessions, we’re opening the floor for barbers and managers who are serious about their craft and ready to:
Work on specific techniques you’re refining
Share insights and tips with fellow experienced pros
Observe, ask questions, or talk shop — no pressure to cut
Matt and his team will be on site to support, guide, and collaborate. There’s no set curriculum, just a creative space to connect, grow, and elevate your craft. If you’re planning to cut, bring your clippers and shears — we’ll have mannequins ready for use. Whether you’re hopping behind the chair or just watching others in action, this session is designed to meet you where you are.
